Madeline Rice & Associates is an Out of Network (OON) practice, meaning we don’t bill insurance directly.

For us, this decision is based in prioritizing patient care and confidentialty at the highest level.

This does not mean that your insurance company will not pay for care.

If you have a PPO, you likely have out of network benefits, meaning you can see whoever you like and can then submit documenttion to your insurance company to get reimbursed back for services.

We can support you with documenttion in the form of Superbills.

Often, OON costs can be the same or less as in network providers.

We accept cash, check, Venmo and Zelle. Credit cards are accepted in the case of HSA/FSA accounts

Our fees range from $125-$200. We offer a designated number of sliding scale appointments to accomodate patients with financial needs as we are comitted to providing mental health access to all.
